Biography
Juan trained as an Industrial Engineer at the Universidad de Valladolid, before joining Shadow in 2011. He manages Production at Shadow, and also manages the Madrid office. He has vast experience of managing operations along the value chain, such as quality assurance, lean manufacturing and troubleshooting.
