Bob Whelan was previously a non-executive director of NPL Management Ltd and Director of the Institute for Prospective Technical Studies of the European Commission in Seville.the Centre for Exploitation of Science and Technology and was heavily involved with the conception of the Faraday programme and technology foresight.
