Biography
From 1979 to 2009 he was a serving officer in Staffordshire Police. Throughout his time in the police he served in a variety of roles, from Police Constable carrying out local policing to Detective Chief Inspector working as a Senior Investigating Officer (SIO) managing major crime such as murder, kidnap and investigating organised crime groups. He is currently developing his passion for crime and extending his knowledge by undertaking an MA in Transnational and Organised Crime here at the University.
Research Interest
His qualifications and experience enable him to have a significant input to the operational and investigative elements of the teaching awards within the Policing and Forensic Investigation arena.
