Tim Webster

Biography

Tim began his career as a Nurse before joining the medical recruitment industry as a Consultant in 1994. He was very successful, becoming the highest billing consultant in the company’s history in only his second year. By 1997 Tim had become Recruitment Director and led the company from ‘relative unknown’ to ‘significant player’ status. Lucy O’Neill was Tim’s client, and in 2002 they founded Star. In 2015, Tim was recognised as one of Acquisition International’s ‘Most Innovative Leaders’. As Chief Operating Officer Tim oversees Star’s support function; he leads the ongoing development of Star’s infrastructure, making sure it has the scale and sophistication to deliver a seamless service to Star’s clients. Tim’s also passionate about Star’s vision and values and plays a big role in motivating the team.
