Biography
Nicky has broad commercial and contractual experience within the oil and gas industry having worked for a number of subsea contractors as well as an oil and gas major. She has a strong background in understanding the different forms of contract and factors which affect contracting relationships in the industry. Her experience has included tenders and projects for flexible product supply, IRM (inspection, repair and maintenance), subsea facilities EPCI, subsea decommissioning and all aspects of the operational requirements of an Exploration and Production major. Highlights of her career include a global remit with direct responsibility for local (UK and Norway) contracts and supply chain with Acergy, Head of Contracts with Total as well as gaining broad experience in a contractor environment. Nicky also holds a non-executive director position with Leading Oil & Gas Industry Competiveness (LOGIC) board. In her position as Group Commercial Director for Bibby Offshore she is responsible for the pre and post award contract and commercial functions within the organisation.
