Biography
I completed my BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology with a Distinction from Northumbria University where I was awarded Accenture Award 2010/2011 and Dean Award 2009/2010. I also completed my MSc in Business with Marketing Management from the same institution in 2011/2012 with Distinction.
Research Interest
My main areas of research interest include Reward Management, Employee Retention, Employee Turnover and Qualitative research methods.
