Biography
Phil has over 15 years of board-level experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He was Vice President in the UK for a large US energy company and, prior to that, held a number of Chief Executive roles including leadership of the Central Regional Health Authority in New Zealand. In recent years, he was CEO of Community Integrated Care (CIC). This is a large not-for-profit provider of health and social care services, employing some 4,500 people. During his time with CIC, he led a team that successfully restored financial strength, improved quality standards and acquired another provider. Phil has also held a number of non-executive roles both in the UK and New Zealand and is currently on the board of Your Housing Group.
