Biography
Sally-Ann Provan is a milliner and accessories designer. Having graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art with a degree in Jewellery and Metalwork, she then went on to take couturier millinery training in London under Rose Cory (personal milliner to the late HRH The Queen Mother) and Mitzi Lorenz. She has theatrical millinery training under Jane Smith (renowned international film/theatre milliner) and the Royal Opera House in London, and has trained in London in leatherwork and bagmaking.
