Biography
I joined the University of Liverpool Management School in 2017 as a Lecturer in Marketing. Prior to this, I have undertaken a PhD in Marketing at the Open University Business School, and gained a BSc (Hons) in Marketing and an MA in Human Resource and Knowledge Management from Lancaster University. My PhD research focussed on negotiating gender identity, motherhood and consumption for South Asian mothers in the UK. My research interests lie in the field of consumer research. In particular, I am interested in the areas of family consumption, gender identity and ethnicity.
