Biography

Sam Wong is now working as Lecturer in Human Geography in the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of Liverpool, UK. His research interests include climate change, poverty reduction, social capital, gender and public participation. His research countries include China, India, Bangladesh, Ghana and Ecuador. He has made numerous publications, including his sole-authored book Exploring Unseen Social Capital in Community Participation (Amsterdam University Press, 2007). He is currently writing a book on renewable energy policies in South Asia for Routledge.
