Biography
Edward Scott Lampert, also known as Eddie, serves as a Portfolio Manager at RBS Partners, L.P. Mr. Lampert has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Sears Holdings Corporation since February 1, 2013 and since 2004, respectively. He has been the Chief Executive Officer at ESL Investments, Inc. since 2013 and also serves as its Chairman, which he founded in April 1988. He previously served as the Chief Compliance Officer at ESL Investments. He serves as the Chairman of Kmart Holding Corp. and Seritage Growth Properties. He has been a Director at Sears Holdings Corporation since 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Lampert served as a Director of AutoNation, Inc. from January 2002 to May 2007. He served as a Director of AutoZone, Inc. since 1999. He was a Member of Skull and Bones and Phi Beta Kappa during his graduation. Mr. Lampert received a B.A. in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from Yale University in 1984.
