Clare Hughes

Biography

I am the programme lead for the Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy Practice. This is a modular programme aimed at early year pharmacists and is designed to develop their knowledge and skills whilst working in practice. We deliver this programme to pharmacists based within and outside the South West Region.

Research Interest

I also work at the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trustas the lead pharmacist for the Division of Medicine. In this role Ioversee the drug spend and operational delivery of services for this division and this enables me to keep in touch with current practice. Over the past 25 years I have worked in a variety of roles including, medicines information, paediatric oncology and bone marrow transplantation, and primary care.
