Penny Miles

Biography

I joined the University of Bath from the School for Policy Studies at the University of Bristol. Prior to that I completed an MSc in Latin American Politics at the University of London, and an MSc in Social Science Research Methods and my PhD at Cardiff University, obtaining a Category 1 in the latter. My thesis explored how marginalised LGBTI populations in Chile were able to access the justice system to uphold and/or advance their rights in the late 2000s.
