Biography
Dr Philip Whiteman is a lecturer on public policy and administration at the Institute of Local Government Studies at The University of Birmingham. He is a quality assurance lead at the university, reviewing programmes and teaching quality across a large number of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. He personally leads a number of postgraduate and undergraduate modules both on campus and distance learning.
