Biography
Andrew Charlesworth began his academic career in 1991 as a lecturer at the University of Hull, then Senior Lecturer in 1996. He founded the Information Law and Technology Unit (ILTU) at Hull in 1994 to promote teaching and research into the interaction of law and information technologies.
