Biography
Ben Maughan is Associate Professor in Department of Physics, University of Bristol,United kingdom and He study clusters of galaxies, which are the largest gravitationally bound objects in the Universe. In particular He use X-ray observations to measure the properties of the hot gas that fills galaxy clusters, and use that information to try to determine their masses.
Research Interest
His Area of interest galaxy clusters can tell us a great deal about the properties of our Universe, including the nature of the dark matter and energy that dominate the Universe.
