Biography
Dr. Devyani Prabhat is a lawyer with legal practice experience in New Delhi, India, (Supreme Court and High Court) and New York, USA, (New York Supreme Court). Her litigation experience is in constitutional law and criminal law practice (rights of women, children, religious and racial minorities). She holds a LL.M (Public Service Laws) and a PhD (Sociology) from New York University as a fully funded scholar for both programmes (Global Public Service Fellowship and MacCracken Fellowship).
