Biography
Dr Paolini is Senior Lecturer in Banking Law and Company Law. His area of research and interest also includes Insurance Law and Dispute Resolution. He is the co-author of the recently published Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance and contributor to “Directors and Officers†(chapter 23) in the well known Professional Negligence and Liability loose-leaf published by Informa Law.
