Biography
Chris is course leader for the BSc (Hons) Strength & Conditioning degree, and the MSc in Strength & Conditioning. He is responsible for external sport and exercise knowledge transfer, student placements and performance testing of athletes and teams. Chris is an interdisciplinary sports scientist with a doctorate in sports biomechanics and physiology. He is also a high performance coach and an accredited strength and conditioning coach. Chris was previously a national level competitive cyclist and frequently works with national and international athletes, teams and organisations.

Chris is research active within the area of sport and exercise science.
