Biography
Dave studied Law at the University of Lancaster, the University of Leicester and UCLan. He has 30 years policing experience reaching the Rank of Detective Superintendent specialising in Fraud, covert policing, organised crime and drugs. He has operational experience in a wide range of issues including strategic and tactical incident management, risk management, public order & firearms. He is a previous Chair of Lancashire’s Drugs Intervention Programme and Board member of the Lancashire Drug and Alcohol Action Team.
