Biography
David is research active within the area of sport and exercise science and is a member of the Centre for Applied Sport and Exercise Sciences. Dave's background is in sports biomechanics and he has been at UCLan since 2003. During this time he has developed and delivered on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Sport Science and has been the course leader for the undergraduate programme since 2008. Prior to arriving at Uclan David completed his PhD in Sports Materials at the University of Birmingham where his research focused on vibration in racket sports.
