Biography
John is interested in the intersection between ethnicity, racism and social work practice. His research has focused on the experiences of of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) social workers and their contribution to practice. He has a ongoing involvement in research focusing on ethnicity, and adoption and the effects of racism and multi-dimensional ethnic identities on the experiences and outcomes of adoption placements for children and adoptive families.
