Biography
Dave is a researcher in the College of Health and Social Care's Research Centre. He works on the design, delivery and evaluation of research activities that meet the centre’s aims of optimising individual health and wellbeing, promoting healthy communities and building and developing an effective health and social care workforce.
Research Interest
Research background is in exercise physiology, psychology and psychophysiology, more specifically the investigation of the physiological, psychological and biochemical responses to performance rock climbing. Dave completed his PhD at the University of Derby in September 2017, titled Psychophysiological and emotional antecedents of climbing performance.
