Biography
Amii Harwood (nee Darnell) is a Lecturer in Geography and GIS. She joined the Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment (CSERGE) in July 2010 as a geographical information systems (GIS) specialist. Amii’s main interests are in ensuring fitness for purpose in the digital representation of geographical phenomena.
Research Interest
Research expertise is in quantitative geography, spatial analysis and GIS. I am concerned with spatial aspects of the two-way interactions between people and the biophysical environment.
