Dr Dominique Knutsen

Biography

I received a PhD in November 2014 from the University of Poitiers (France) for my work on collaboration in human and human-system dialogue. I joined the Department of Psychology of the University of Essex in September 2015.

Research Interest

I am a researcher interested in human dialogue. As two people (or more) interact, they gather shared knowledge, or common ground, which they can then resort to for subsequent adaptation purposes. In my work, I try to understand how common ground is built and managed throughout the interaction.
