Biography
Eamon McCarthy is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Modern Languages & Cultures
Research Interest
Eamon’s research interests coalesce around questions of gender and sexuality, with a particular focus on Argentine visual culture. He has published on the Borges siblings and has been invited to speak on his work in the UK, Spain and Argentina. He is finishing a monograph dedicated to Norah Borges and intends to produce a catalogue raisonné of her works in the future. Eamon is also developing an interest in Argentine cinema.
