Biography
Following the completion of his graduate studies, Dave has been a professional music journalist since 1988. After writing initially for Record Mirror and Melody Maker, he penned articles for a variety of magazines including i-D and Uncut. He has written reviews and features for the Guardian since 1995 and is the author of three books.
Research Interest
Dave’s research and scholarly interests include youth culture, outsider artists, online and print journalism and football.
