Biography
I am a BPS Chartered Psychologist and Health Psychologist (HCPC Registered), with a background in the adaptation and management of chronic conditions, treatment choices, and health interventions. My role within the Medway School of Pharmacy is to run and deliver the KeMiST project with Dr Sarah Corlett. The project aims to identify the needs and preferences of stroke and TIA survivors for medicines support at all points post stroke/TIA. This will be used to inform the design of a patient-centred pharmacy-led service. The service will integrate into stroke care pathways and will be accessible by health care professionals (HCPs) supporting patients in community settings, and through patient/carer self-referral.I am a BPS Chartered Psychologist and Health Psychologist (HCPC Registered), with a background in the adaptation and management of chronic conditions, treatment choices, and health interventions.
