Diseases mediated by protein misfolding and conformational change, in particular serpinopathies Molecular mechanisms and therapeutic targeting of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease (ILD), familial dementia (FENIB) and hepatic fibrosis Multi-platform studies integrating X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, cryo-EM, computational biology, native mass spectrometry, proteomics, biochemical studies, cell biology and observations in human disease in/ex vivo
