Research Interest
I am responsible for analysing all sequencing data, and the majority of microarray data, generated by the Unit. I have a particular interest in methods for analysing ribosome profiling data. I also collaborate with researchers within the Unit, and groups outside the Unit, to undertake many types of bioinformatic projects, including devising strategies, developing software, performing statistical analyses, and interpreting outcomes. My own research currently focuses on the analysis of mRNA UTRs for explanations for coordinated regulation of translation.
