Dr. Steve Roberts is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Department of Materials, University of Oxford , United kingdom. His research interests includes Mechanical behaviour of materials. Materials for nuclear (fusion & fission) power plants. Micromechanical testing. Brittle-ductile transitions. Studies aim at linking modelling at the defect and dislocation level with experimental studies of well-characterised materials. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Steve Roberts is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Mechanical behaviour of materials.
