Biography
Mrs Alison Nader is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of International Study and Language Institute, University of Reading , United Kingdom. Responsibilities: As language co-ordinator, Alison oversees the delivery of the IWLP French and Arabic classes and motivates the team of tutors. She also teaches several levels on the French programme. Programme wide responsibilities are focused around; heading assessment projects for the programme and managing the annual cycle of IWLP assessments. This role also involves liaising with School and Faculty Directors of Teaching and Learning, in particular in relation to incidences of academic misconduct. Areas of Interest: Devising language assessments for non-specialist learners. Integrating socio-cultural content into language classes for beginner and intermediate level students (A1-B2). Developing materials for students with different learning styles.
