I have 21 years experience working as a counsellor/psychotherapist within Education, NHS and the Private Sector. I have been teaching in Further and Higher Education since 1989 and have worked at The University of Salford since 2003. Research Interest
My research interest is in the area of race inequality and I have presented papers internationally with colleagues from Social Work and Nursing
