Biography
Dr Scott J I Walker is Associate Professor within Engineering and the Environment at the University of Southampton. Dr Scott Walker is currently an Associate Professor in the Astronautics Research Group at the University of Southampton.
Research Interest
Throughout my career I have been interested in both Astronautics and Aerospace Structures. This has led to my current areas of research which include: Satellite Deployable Structures Multifunctional Structures Morphing Structures Inflatable Structures I have performed both experimental testing and theoretical modelling in each of these research areas. Examples of this work can be seen in the figures below.
