Biography
Cynthia is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow under the ERC funded project: Toxic Expertise: Environmental Justice and the Global Petrochemical Industry. Her research interests include environmental politics, environmental law, environmental justice and human rights law. Cynthia completed her PhD in Social Sciences (China Studies) at the Centre for East Asian Studies, University of Turku, Finland. Her doctoral study focuses on environmental information disclosure in China. She also holds MSC (International Human Rights Law) Åbo Akademi, Finland, and LLB (Chinese Law) Tsinghua University, China.
Research Interest
Her research interests include environmental politics, environmental law, environmental justice and human rights law.
