Biography
Roger Leng teaches in criminal law and procedure, evidence and medical law. He formerly taught at the University of Birmingham and has been a consultant to the Law Reform Commission of Canada and the Royal Commission on Criminal Justice and has been a visiting fellow at Universities in New Zealand and Canada. His main research interests are in criminal evidence and procedure. Roger was editor of The International Journal of Evidence and Proof from 1996-2006 and remains a member of the editorial board.
