Biography
I practised as an Employment Law Solicitor for approximatly 15 years advising both Employers and Employees in respect of all aspects of Employment Law. In April 2013 I joined UWE and I am now Program Leader for the HRM MSc (part time). I also teach Employment Law, International Employment Law and Human Resource Management, at undergraduate and postgraduate level in both the Business School and Law School. I am also conducting research in relation to the Public Sector Equality Duty and the Gender Pay Reporting requirements. Employment law, International Employment Law and Human Resource Management.
