Former Police Officer, qualified to Inspector rank, with expertise across a broad spectrum of Policing, in two forces. Lifelong learner and Doctorate student, with research focused on real world solutions to safeguarding issues and Police culture. Karate 3rd dan, World and National medalist, referee, coach and examiner. Enjoy Crossfit, and Motorbikes. Widely travelled and love Japan.
