Biography
An experienced and innovative established academic with industry experience in the field of Organisational Behaviour/Psychology and Human Resource Management. Responsible for contributing to teaching a range of different full-time and short courses and degree schemes, undertaking independent research in the field of OP/OB and HRM. Developing a record of research publications, aiming to publish in top-ranked international journals. Demonstrable evidence of a clear publication strategy/publication portfolio. Planning for submissions to future Research Excellence Framework (REF). Demonstrable experience in academic leadership,, learning and teaching to the benefit of students, the University and wider community
Research Interest
Her research is strategic and specific future research plan that will enable her to make a significant contribution to research in the School, the Department and the University. Working towards the production of world leading research outputs.
