Tatiana Gladkikh

Biography

Tatiana has seven years of lecturing experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels preceded by eleven years of working in the field of international business communication in Russia and the UK. Before joining the University of Winchester Dr Gladkikh taught Leadership at the University of Birmingham. Her current teaching is focused on International Business Communication, Developing Academic Practice and Management Research. Tatiana is a level tutor at Level Six.

Research Interest

Her research interests are Rresponsible Internationalisation of Management Education: Understanding Learning and Teaching Needs of International Students in a UK Business School.
