Biography
Danny graduated from the University in Dundee in 2005 with an upper second class honours degree in Psychology. From there, he went on to complete an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of Sheffield's Institute of Work Psychology (IWP), before completing his PhD thesis at Aston Business School in 2014. For his PhD thesis, Danny conducted a full re-examination of the root causes of ethnic group performance differences in ability testing.
