Biography
Lucy is an academic within the Institute of Public Health, Social Work and Social Care. Prior to becoming an educator, I worked for many years as a mental health professional in a variety of areas and roles. Currently, I am module leader for both undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the subject areas of mental health and communication skills, as well as contributing to other modules within the health studies and public health portfolio. A key responsibility is developing teaching and learning materials, along with ongoing quality monitoring to ensure compliance with QAA benchmarks. I am fully committed to collaborative working, within different contexts and strive to facilitate positive learning experiences
