I am an educationalist with drive and ambition to succeed, who is committed to both my institution and personal development. I have a proven track record of change management; leading significant improvements through efficiency drives, control focus, and strategic leadership and innovation. I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent persuasion skills with the ability to engage across all types of stakeholders both internally and externally. My excellent communication skills allow me to communicate complex ideas to people of varying backgrounds as well as being able to create images in order to promote ideas. I motivate, and lead my direct and indirect team through the development of personal objectives, encouragement and goal setting.
