Biography
Peter has a wealth of experience as a primary school teacher and in school management. He has successfully fulfilled the roles of class teacher, subject leader, Assistant Principal, Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher. He is passionate about supporting the next generation of teachers to gain the expertise they need to become outstanding classroom practitioners. Previous experience has involved him working in a wide range of schools, including schools in Germany and Australia. He is very interested in the international perspective of education. He strongly believes in the value of interaction as the key to learning and supports processes which encourage this. His current role at Worcester University relates to using technology to support learning across the curriculum, primary computing and pedagogy and management in the primary school. Peter is also an external examiner at Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Swansea.
