Phil Northing is head of the plant protection programme which, through research, diagnosis and advice, provides support to Government policy on plant and bee health, genetic modification and sustainable land use as well as supporting the business needs of commercial customers, assuring food security and safety to British farming and protecting our natural environment and enhance biodiversity.
