Biography
Cynthia A. Hallenbeck is one of our directors and serves on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Ms. Hallenbeck has been a member of our Board since December 2010. She also serves as the chief executive officer of Alercyn, Inc., a private consulting firm that she founded. Ms. Hallenbeck served as Environmental Defense Fund’s chief financial officer and treasurer from January 2014 to June 2016. Ms. Hallenbeck served as the vice president of finance and operations of the Arcus Foundation from January 2012 to October 2012. Ms. Hallenbeck also worked at Citigroup, Inc. from 2002 to 2008, where she served in a number of divisions in various capacities, including as chief financial officer of Citigroup's corporate treasury department from 2002 to 2005, an internal consultant for Citigroup's office of the chief administrative officer from 2006 to 2007 and chief operating officer of global legal support from 2007 to 2008. Prior to her service with Citigroup, Ms. Hallenbeck spent over 14 years at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. in a variety of finance, treasury and accounting roles including treasurer of its global futures business and chief financial officer of its securities financing group
