Feilim Mackle

Biography

 Feilim joined the Board in July 2015, and chairs the Fundraising and Marketing Committee. Since January 2017 Feilim has been CEO of services at Dixons Carphone. Previous roles include Sales and Service Director at Telefonica UK (O2) from 2011-2016, Interim Chief Operating Officer at Resolution Ltd and Executive Director of Life and Pensions Operations at AEGON UK plc. In 2003, he joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as managing director, Retail Banking, with responsibility for the UK-wide Natwest and RBS branch networks, direct sales and private banking including Drummonds. From 2000, he served as managing director, UK Sales at Standard Life having started his career there 12 years earlier. In addition to his financial services background, Feilim now has several years’ experience of mobile and digital development and its impact on every aspect of our daily lives. Originally from Northern Ireland, Feilim now lives in North Berwick in Scotland and is married with five children.
