Biography
Richard joined the Board in April 2017, and is also a member of the Finance and Audit, and Investment Committees. He has been Chairman of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since 2010. He is also Vice Chairman of Rothschild, and Chairman of United Trust Bank Ltd. Previous roles include Director-General of the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers 2003-2005, and positions at Linklaters, Kleinwort Benson Limited and Goldman Sachs International. Richard is a member of the Medical Research Council and a trustee of Crisis and of the Royal Society of Medicine. Richard is married with three children and lives in London.
