Biography

Annette serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for West Pharmaceutical Services Inc. Prior to joining West in 2015, Annette spent more than 25 years at IBM where she most recently served as Vice President, Global Talent Management. She holds an MS in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
