Biography
Having worked in the field of organisational development for the entirety of his career, Adam is currently working with Dr Lynn Nichol and Dr Scott Andrews from Worcester Business School and Professor Eleanor Bradley from the Institute of Health and Society on a part time PhD focusing on leadership and talent management. He works full time as Leadership, Talent and Organisational Development Programme Lead for Health Education England.
Research Interest
Adam is interested in the fields of leadership and talent management. Having undertaken research within talent assessment-development centres, he is now exploring wider research aspects surrounding how we assess talent to help people reach their full potential.
